Our Herb Garden
All of our thyme, oregano, rosemary, & mint come from the “home garden”. During the growing season we also keep several varieties of basil, lemon verbena, cilantro/coriander, and parsley. Additionally we grow several seasonal varieties of cut flowers including sunflower, zinnia, and nasturtium.
This year we added a bay tree for fresh bay leaves and we also have a mature fig tree that produces approximately 25lbs of figs during a season that we turn to jam.
