This menu features several options for holiday events. Whether you are having a holiday-themed meeting or a large social event, there is a menu choice for you. Minimum of 12 guests. Prices are per person.

Green Planet Catering Fall Tapas Menu

Each item is 1-2 bites and is hand-constructed

Prosciutto wrapped artichokes with basil yogurt
Braised duck in endive with spice-poached pears & pickled carrot
Braised beef and caramelized onion on white corn grits
Sun dried tomato & feta spread on crostini
Goat ricotta, candied beets, pistachio, endive
Pecan and wild rice crusted chicken skewers + buttermilk dipping sauce

Sweet Items:
Pumpkin caramel panna cotta on crispy pecan crepes
Port drunk figs with sweet goat cheese brulee
Spoons of butter roasted apple, caramelized pecans, Meyer Lemon caramel
Molasses Ginger cake with caramelized sweet walnut icing
