Our Purpose in Life is to concoct wondrously luscious works of coffee and make the world better at the same time. We slow roast in ridiculously small batches to bring out every rich layer of indigenous flavor. 100% of our coffee is Fair Trade, Shade Grown and Organic or Transitional Organic. Marks Creek Farms (MCF) is the supply farm for Green Planet Catering. Besides field crop growth and greenhousing, MCF currently converts used fryer oil into biodiesel for delivery trucks and has several test systems including aquaponics, worm castings/composting, and inexpensive portable housing facilities called Yurts.

The 1.5 acre "kitchen garden" is the ideal spot for hosting your next corporate or private event. Located only 10 minutes from downtown Raleigh and RTP, the site can hold up to 200ppl, has a small farm shed, offers the ability to do All Green Events, and has services such as staging, tenting, bonfires and valet parking. The site is completely customizable for any of your outdoor events!

Twin Cakes is a dedicated gluten free vegan bakery that bakes up treats for ALL to enjoy! Everything is made from scratch in small batches using organic, local, and fair trade ingredients. Owner, Ricky Barbour, focuses on local production of Fresh Honey (Tulip-Poplar) & Free Range Eggs. You'll taste the difference in our eggs because instead of grocery store eggs which can be up to 80 days old, we're getting ours when they are 1-10 days old.

The honey is exceptional and has an amazing floral taste and dark color. We use this product in our Greenola line, brines for our BBQ, and many of our desserts. 

We own our own boats and refrigeration truck. We take pride in our fishing and handling and are the only fisherman direct that has wild caught fresh local shrimp. Don't buy filthy imported shrimp. help your local fisherman or there will soon be no more local seafood.

These shrimp are slightly smaller than the large white shrimp but are perfect size for pasta, shrimp salad, grilling, pickling, and more.
